The founder of relince Jio, Mukesh Ambani had announced thatv the new monsoon offer will be launched on July 21st, but later he decided to make a hurry and let the offer be launched a day before. So, he launched an offer named monsoon "hangama' scheme offering its Jio phone for Rs. 501.

The offer began on Friday, 20th July, at 5:01 PM. You may have understood that the launching time is actually the price of the phone; pretty good idea of launching a product.

From 15th August onward, both existing and new jio phone users will be able to get an access to Facebook, Whatsapp, and YouTube. The phone also supports Google maps.

Coming to the main topic regarding the offer, this phone will not come with any default plan or recharge, however users can either choose  the plan of Rs. 49 or Rs. 153 (this offers are only valid to a Jio phone users). the Rs 49 plans includes 1GB of 4G data and unlimited call for 28 days and The Rs. 153 gives 1.5 GB of data per day and unlimited calls with 100 SMS per day for 28 days.

Mr. Ambani said that 25 million people have opted the Jio phone and they are looking forward to 100 million milestone.
